Approximately 1,600 MW combined cycle generation with a dedicated import terminal.

What the review found

The rebuild surfaced a material variance between the published total investment cost and the figure the model itself produced, which was reconciled and documented before it reached lenders.

Reviewed project economics against the national tariff ceiling and the applicable single-buyer regime, then rebuilt the sponsor's feasibility model to test the result independently. Delivered as a bankability pack covering regulatory milestones, capital stack, and turbine procurement options.

Start-up cargo airline

Narrowbody freighter operation across a regional scheduled network.

What the review found

Review of the earlier model identified a double-counted revenue line and a break-even test that could not fail as it had been specified.

Built the business plan and the financial model beneath it, then validated the planning assumptions against vendor quotations for aircraft lease, ground handling, and training. The plan was restructured around charter-led utilization once the analysis showed the scheduled network could not fill the aircraft at any realistic share of the regional market.

South Asia

Mineral recovery facility

Heavy mineral sands processing plant rated at 3,000 tonnes per day, first phase in the low tens of millions.

Process and equipment validation across the recovery circuit, with throughput and recovery assumptions tested against the specified plant configuration rather than against nameplate figures. Mapped the regulatory pathway across the mining, environmental, and standards authorities governing the licence, and set out the sequence in which those approvals have to be obtained.

Cross-border holding structure

Comparative jurisdiction analysis for a regional investment platform.

Assessed two competing financial centres against tax treatment, exchange control, substance requirements, and corporate law, including the practical question of where operating revenue would be recognised under each option and what that meant for the investors above it. Delivered as a decision memorandum for the platform's investment committee.

Agency network and rate management structure for a 50/50 venture.

Commercial architecture for the joint venture, transport management system selection, rate and tariff administration, and target account analysis for the combined network.

What the review found

Findings have included EBITDA misstated by the inclusion of debt service, covenant and break-even tests written with mismatched units so that they could not fail, revenue and capital cost counted twice across linked schedules, and delivery timelines inconsistent with the published regulatory record.
