Work includes testing project economics against the prevailing tariff and offtake regime, capital structure review, mapping of the regulatory and approvals pathway, and assessment of technology and procurement options against the realities of the operating environment.

Independent analytical support for acquisition and investment review across logistics, industrial, and infrastructure assets. Work includes operational due diligence, assumption stress-testing, risk registers and exposure maps, and structured documentation of findings for use in decision and negotiation processes.
Analytical modeling
Development of live-formula financial and operating models for decision support, including scenario frameworks, sensitivity analysis, and documentation of key assumptions. Models are built to be interrogated, not just presented, and are delivered with the workings intact rather than as a fixed set of outputs.
Capital & structuring
Support for sponsors and management teams preparing to raise. Work includes business plans and information memoranda, models built to withstand investor scrutiny, capital structure options and their consequences for control, and analysis of holding structure and jurisdiction against tax, exchange control, and substance requirements.
Independent model review
Second-opinion review of financial models prepared by sponsors, management teams, or advisers, before capital is committed against them. We rebuild the calculation independently, test whether each output actually follows from its stated inputs, and report plainly on what could not be reconciled.
